Graphs: BIG Question...

Hi,
I know this is not a Google Webmaster tool page forum, but couldn't find desired page and hence posting it here. I have certain queries regarding the Crawl Stats of Google webmaster:

1. What is the relationship between 'Kilobytes downloaded per day' and 'Time spent downloading a page (in milliseconds)'. Is it an inverse relationship or a directly propotional relationship, or there is just some vague co-relation between them?

2. Does a drop in 'Time spent downloading a page (in milliseconds)' curve indictaes that the server of the website is not
able to handle high traffic?

Would appreciate any help on this matter.

"Kilobytes downloaded per day" means total kilobytes downloaded in a single day(daily average). e.g. if 10 pages crawled by google bot in a single day, and each page of size 10kb then total kilobytes downloaded=100kb.

Time spent downloading a page (in milliseconds) - how much time takes to crawl the page by crawler.
