Can Google Analytics Top Exit Pages pinpoint how many times a different user clicks on a banner ad
This is my first day using Google Analytics

I am very new to Google Analytics is there a way to pinpoint which banner ad is being click on

if you want to track the metrics like clicks, unique clicks or impression, You need to use google ad manager to know the exactly data. Google Analytics do not provide this type of metrics for ads.
